The Who Revisit Live and Rare Performances with New Series, Join Together @ Home

The Who have launched an exclusive web series with YouTube featuring special performances, some of which have never been seen before. Join Together @ Home streams footage every week, giving fans the opportunity to see mini videos and rare footage, ending on a previously unreleased show. The first in the series featured clips from their 1982 'farewell tour' at the Shea Stadium in New York.

'It's a chance to see some really rare clips from some live gigs - some of which have never been seen before.' - Roger Daltrey

Join Together @ Home is available to watch for free, but as a patron of The Teenage Cancer Trust and Teen Cancer America, Daltrey encourages viewers to donate to the charities if they can: https://join-together.org/

The band had planned to play at London's Royal Albert Hall this year, as part of this year's Teenage Cancer Trust shows, but due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic the show had to be cancelled. Daltrey and Townshend hope that Join Together @ Home will help raise much needed funds for the charities.

Genesis subscribers will be familiar with Maximum Who, the limited edition document of the band through the Sixties, and the only book ever to be written by Roger Daltrey, John Entwistle and Pete Townshend, all of whom provided text captions.
