Ronnie Wood Creates Painting for the NHS

Musician and artist Ronnie Wood has been passing the time during lockdown at his London home painting. Among portraits of his fellow bandmates he created a special one-off work that was sold yesterday in Bonhams' BLUE Auction in aid of NHS Charities Covid-19 URGENT APPEAL. The work was an acrylic on canvas piece called, "Thank you NHS" and reached a fantastic £17, 000.

Ronnie's message accompanying the painting read, "Thank you so much NHS Charities Together once again!"
