Ringo Starr Releases 'Here's to the Nights' Ahead of the New Year

Ringo Starr has shared the new single,'Here's to the Nights', from his forthcoming EP, Zoom In, featuring Paul McCartney, Lenny Kravitz, Joe Walsh and many more. Written by Dianne Warren, the song lyrics are fitting for what has been a difficult year for many, making it a timely release before the new year. In a statement, Ringo said:

'This is the kind of song we all want to sing along to, and it was so great how many wonderful musicians joined in. I wanted it out in time for New Year's because it feels like a good song to end a tough year on. So here's to the nights we won't remember and the friends we won't forget-and I am wishing everyone peace and love for 2021.'

Along with the other songs on the Zoom In EP, 'Here's to the Night' was recorded in Ringo's home studio during lockdown, and the video features a montage of the incredible all-star cast performing their parts of the song.
