New TV Series Will Explore the Formation of the Rolling Stones

A new television series about the origins of the Rolling Stones is set to air on Disney's FX channel. Left Bank, the team behind the hit Netflix series the Crown, will bring the story of Mick Jagger and Keith Richards to life and will show the band's rise to fame up to the period of 1972. The band have been involved in the script writing process, giving credit to the series being based on true events.

It has been an impressive year for the group who this year became the first band to have Number One albums across six decades.

Snapshots of their incredible journey have also been captured in Genesis limited editions including The Rolling Set Lists - a collection of Ronnie Wood's setlist paintings accompanied by his own commentary, T.O.T.A. '75 - The Rolling Stones Tour of the Americas '75, ⁣the band's official tour diary (of which fewer than 50 copies remain) and How Can It Be?, a facsimile of Ronnie Wood's fascinating diary from 1965.
