Fleetwood Mac to tour Australia and New Zealand

Fleetwood Mac are set to start their Australian leg of their 2019 tour tomorrow, August 9th. The band will play arena shows across Perth, Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne between August and September.

The band will then head to New Zealand in September, with four shows at Auckland's Spark Arena and one show in Dunedin at Forsyth Barr Stadium. For more information on Fleetwood Mac's tour and for tickets click here

The tour will feature the band's newest members, Mike Campbell and Neil Finn, alongside Mick Fleetwood, Stevie Nicks, Christine McVie and John McVie.

Some of the Genesis team were lucky enough to catch the band on their last night at Wembley, on June 18th, and were blown away by the concert. Stand out moments from the show was an incredible rendition of Peter Green's 'Oh Well' and a new take on his song 'Black Magic Woman', led by Stevie Nicks and Christine McVie. Neil Finn and Stevie Nicks played a divine acoustic version of Crowded House's 'Don't Dream It's Over', and Mick's extended drum solo was legendary.

Lastly, the incredibly touching finale performance of 'Free Fallin'' -  an homage to Tom Petty - was accompanied by photographs from over the years of the late singer-songwriter. This tribute was made more poignant by the presence of Petty's old bandmate Mike Campbell.
