Eric Clapton Announces 2021 Tour

Eric Clapton has announced his return to performing live as part of his North American tour, set to take place later this year. A series of eight concerts will feature blues musician Jimmie Vaughan as a special guest who will open the show. The concerts will be Eric's first public performance since the start of the pandemic, ahead of his European tour due to take place in 2022.

Like many other musicians, Eric has had to postpone his shows which were scheduled to go ahead this year. However, he has been kept busy during lockdown, collaborating on a new album from Pedrito Martinez, and featuring on Daniel Santiago's single, 'Open World'. The announcement of the dates is likely to be a welcome relief to fans who have been waiting to see the legendary musician return to performing live. Tickets will go on sale to the general public this Friday.
