Bob's been busy, announcing a new album and arena tour lastweek. Dylan will release Tempest onSeptember 11^th, exactly 11 years since the release of his 2001 LP Love and Theft. It will also mark the 50^th anniversary of his debut album, Bob Dylan. The35^th studio release from the folk legend will contain 10 new songsas well as a JohnLennon tribute and some of his classics.

The tour will support the new album and feature specialguest, former Dire Straits frontman Mark Knopfler. Knopfler toured Europe withDylan last year and will now be joining his first arena tour of North Americasince 2006.
