Bob Dylan Announces US Tour
Bob Dylan's Never Ending Tour is set to resume this autumn, after a number of dates across the US were announced yesterday. It'll be Dylan's first tour since releasing the critically acclaimed Rough and Rowdy Ways and his first string of shows in nearly two years, making it the longest the musician has gone without touring since 1984.
It's set to begin in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on 2 November and run until December, though it's billed on
his website as a worldwide tour that will continue until 2024, therefore it's expected that more dates will be announced shortly.
Tickets for the US leg of the Never Ending Tour go on sale on 1 October.
The tour follows the release of the 14th instalment of the ongoing
Bootleg Series from Dylan. Released on 17 September,
The Bootleg Series Vol. 16: Springtime in New York contains previously unreleased gems from three of his early-1980s albums:
Shot of Love, Infidels and
Empire Burlesque. It features five CDs of outtakes, alternate versions, live/rehearsal takes, new mixes as well as tracks that were left inside the vault.
Dylan fans will be interested to know that the latest binding order of our award-winning limited edition,
Thin Wild Mercury by Jerry Schatzberg, which presents the story behind his iconic photographs, will arrive and start shipping in October. Subscriber favourite,
The Traveling Wilburys, the official book of the beloved supergroup, is in stock for immediate shipping. Be sure to secure your copies now.
