Peter Jackson, director of the Beatles documentary The Beatles: Get Back, has excited fans around the world by releasing a sneak-peek preview of the highly anticipated film. The movie which was due to be completed by the end of the year has been delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but Jackson has reassured fans that they are working on the film again, editing it in New Zealand. As a thank you for everybody's patience Peter Jackson has revealed a montage of unseen footage used for the film to give viewers a sense of what to expect.
In a statement Jackson said, 'We hope it will bring a smile to everyone's faces and some much-needed joy at this difficult time.'
The Beatles: Get Back is set to be released on 27th August 2021.
