Karen Walker Collaborates with Hedleys Books

We are delighted to report that Hedleys Books, the oldest book shop in New Zealand (and long-time partner of Genesis), has collaborated with the world-renowned fashion designer, Karen Walker to create a pop-up book store as part of her Playpark Summer 2017 installation in her Auckland flagship store this weekend.

Karen Walker leapt at the chance to curate her own personal "library" of must-reads in collaboration with David Hedley, "it was an unmissable opportunity to embrace my inner book geek," said Karen.

Together, Walker and David Hedley have selected 110 beautiful titles representing their combined favourite choices from their current it-list and a combined lifetime of reading, both fiction and non-fiction. We are pleased to see that this selection includes Transformer, VOGUE - Voice of Century, Genesis 100, Golden Dreams and Classic Hendrix with I ME MINE - the Extended Edition by George Harrison also available to buy online.

The Playpark will be there until Christmas, so do pop in if you're in that part of the world.
