Jim Capaldi Remembered

Today, 28^th January 2012, marks the anniversaryof the passing of Jim Capaldi. Seven years after his death the Trafficco-founder, drummer and lyricist's songs and legacy continue to live on.

'Some ten years ago I encouraged Jim to gather all hisfavourite lyrics together into a book. He had started selecting songs andwriting notes to go with them and had asked his friend Robert Plant to write aforeword but, sadly, in 2005 he ran out of time to finish. One of his lastwishes was for me to complete what he had started and I promised him I would.' -Aninha Capaldi

Genesis and Aninha Capaldi are honoured to be making JimCapaldi's vision a reality. Upcoming release MR FANTASY will showcase Jim'sbeautiful lyrics and include contributions by family and friends, including TomPetty, Pete Townshend and Dave Mason, by whom he is forever missed.
