Andy Fairweather Low Signs

Welsh guitarist, songwriter, producer and vocalist Andy Fairweather Low is the latest Crossroads musician to sign Sunshine Of Your Love.

Andy was in Eric Clapton's backing band for the first Crossroads benefit concert in 1999 at New York's Madison Square Garden, which featured Bob Dylan, David Sanborn, Mary J. Blige and Sheryl Crow. Clapton invited Andy back as a guest musician at the most recent Crossroads in 2013, also at Madison Square Garden.

In the book Clapton recalls:

"Andy Fairweather Low came on after Keith and Robbie Robertson, and it was like someone got a hammer and nail out and just fixed everything to the floor. We've been playing together on and off for the last thirty or forty years, we're like brothers."

Genesis spent a delightful few hours with Andy at his Cardiff home yesterday, where he signed several hundred signature sheets in the edition.
