BECK01

Rare Editions 2025

The signed limited edition memoir by guitar maestro, Jeff Beck. Only 1 Deluxe copy available.

Over five decades, Jeff Beck blazed a trail, forging a unique style praised by critics, fans, and fellow guitar legends alike. His signed limited edition memoir, BECK01, takes us on a journey through his life and groundbreaking career. In an original text spanning more than 350 pages, Beck shares memories from his early days with The Yardbirds, through The Jeff Beck Group and Beck, Bogert & Appice, to his celebrated solo work. Beck also explains his passionate craft of building hot rods, composing music, and customising his instruments.

BECK01 is richly illustrated throughout with the work of top photographers such as Robert Knight and Baron Wolman. From the author’s private archives, family photos are shared alongside personal letters from friends and musical heroes including Charles Mingus, B.B. King, and Les Paul. Specially photographed for the book, Beck's hot rods and guitars are reproduced exclusively for Genesis readers, offering a fascinating and unique perspective on his art.

The Deluxe edition is a perfect example of the bookbinder’s art—hand-bound in Italian leather and aluminium, featuring silver-edged pages and intricate hand tooling. Its metal front cover replicates a California license plate from Beck’s birth year. The large-format book (280 mm x 320 mm; 11 in x 12.5 in) is housed in a cloth-bound clamshell case decorated with a foil-blocked illustration inspired by Von Dutch’s legendary pinstriping. Included is a numbered, signed 8" x 10" photographic print of Beck live on stage by Robert Knight, suitable for framing.

The only memoir written by Jeff Beck, BECK01 was published in a numbered limited edition of just 2,000 copies, each signed by Beck. Only 350 Deluxe copies were created—the first in the edition, numbered 1 to 350. This is an incredibly rare opportunity to secure a Deluxe copy in mint, boxed condition, ready for immediate dispatch.

The Faces, 1969-75

Rare Editions 2025

The only book by one of rock's most-loved supergroups. Only 3 signed copies available.

Faces, 1969–75 brings the electrifying story of one of Britain's greatest rock bands vividly to life. Featuring original contributions from Ronnie Wood, Kenney Jones, and the late Ian McLagan—alongside archival quotes from Ronnie Lane—this official chronicle captures the raw energy and irreverent spirit of the Faces’ brief but unforgettable run. Over 200 photographs trace the band’s journey from their explosive formation in 1969 to their split in 1975, documenting everything from their incendiary live performances to their offstage antics and wild camaraderie.

Originally published in a limited edition of just 1,975 numbered copies worldwide, each copy was signed by Ronnie Wood, Ian McLagan, and Kenney Jones. In 2021—ten years after its initial release—Genesis issued the final 300 copies in a striking red and gold binding to mark the anniversary. These are part of a celebratory and exceptionally rare final release.

Every copy is traditionally hand-crafted and created to the authors' approval in every respect. Elegantly quarter-bound in red leather and cloth, with gold foil blocking and red page edging, the edition is housed in an archival slipcase screen-printed with poster artwork from the band’s 1971 album A Nod’s as Good as a Wink… to a Blind Horse.

Rising from the ashes of the Small Faces, the Faces assembled some of the era’s most iconic musicians—Ronnie Wood, Ronnie Lane, Ian McLagan, Kenney Jones, and Rod Stewart—delivering a swaggering blend of blues-infused, funk-driven rock that was sublime on record and incomparable live.

This is a rare opportunity to own the definitive record of the Faces’ legacy—presented in mint, unopened boxed condition.

Transformer

Rare Editions 2025

A rare opportunity to acquire a mint copy of Transformer, signed by both the late Mick Rock and Lou Reed. Only 5 copies available.

One of the most visually striking books ever published by Genesis, Transformer is a tribute to the artistic partnership between legendary photographer Mick Rock and rock icon Lou Reed. Their creative journey began with the iconic Transformer album cover and continued throughout the 1970s, capturing Reed’s evolution as a musician, poet, and cultural trailblazer.

Published shortly before Lou Reed’s passing in 2013, very few signed copies exist. With Mick Rock’s own passing in 2021, co-signed editions have become even more scarce and deeply significant.

This beautiful book—created by two visionary artists—stands as a lasting testament to their collaboration. Now, just five pristine, unopened copies co-signed by both Lou Reed and Mick Rock are being made available.
